Return/Refund Policy

Kindly take note that all payments made are strictly non-refundable unless the item is out of stock. 

Return Guidelines

  • Our defective items are rare as we verified all the items before we deliver to our customers.
  • We do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence.
  • All returns must still be in brand new condition and have all the original packaging and original contents included. Tags must still be intact and attached for all returns.
  • Returns request shall submit via email to prior any return and includes following information:
         1. Order Number
         2. Email Address
         3. Personal details (i.e. Name, Contact number, shipping Address)
         4. Reason for return (e.g. item sent is not what you have ordered, or missing something from your order)
         5. Clear photo(s) of the items in the original condition



  • Defective items should report to us within 3 days after receiving the product. If we approve the return request, the defective item will need to return to us within 7 days on receipt of your order. All returned products that are claimed defective will be verified. 
  • Each clothing product comes with its sizing guide, therefore it is only 1x exchange allowed for sizes on all our premium quality blessing kids wear. If you have any further sizing queries, please contact us at before the purchase.
  • For Nursing Pad, there is no exchange allowed due to hygiene purposes.
  • For Maternity/Nursing garments, if you have any queries about the sizes, please contact us at  or contact our technical team at 018-9887674 before the purchase. Our technical team will assist you to select the maternity/nursing garment size that are fit to you.
  • We will only accept items in their original condition, brand new and unused,  i.e. no wear and tear or odours.  We will not be responsible for returns that do not reach us and hence, we recommend you insure your parcel for its appropriate value.
  • The correct/non defect item will be shipped back to you at no additional cost. We will be responsible for the returning shipping fee only.
  • Defective items are rare and can be exchanged for the same new product (if stock still available) or product with similar price. However, defect(s) caused by the fault of third party or customer's fault cannot be exchanged.
